This beautiful spacious 1,334 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is set with a dinner table and a breakfast bar, ready for delicious meals with the family. Not to mention, a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove and wine fridge. Sit on the balcony and cook your dinner on the private gas grill and listen to the live music coming from the marina. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, with a sliding glass door with access to the balcony. The large attached bathroom features double sinks with a relaxing soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds with an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy the stunning sunset views from the balcony overlooking the inter-coastal canal on the 9th floor. Making your stay more carefree, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
