The building is located 5 miles east of Hwy. 59 and is centrally located around many restaurants, shops and local attractions in Orange Beach and neighboring Gulf Shores. The updated Kitchen is a perfect place to cook family meals and with a table and the breakfast bar there is plenty of room to entertain the family. The living room has a beautiful view of the ocean from the sliding glass door; that leads to the balcony. This property is a fully furnished 3-bedroom unit that sleeps up to 10 people. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with an attached bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed along with the third bedroom with two full sized beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
